The Fridge Factory Warehouse was born in December 2009 when the Fridge Factory needed to hold stock and provide service to its customers in South Africa. We sell a range of commercial and domestic fridges freezers under the FridgeStar and Eco1 brands

Taking the lead
From our very first day, we’ve always tried to make decisions that our customers could be proud of. Our factory was the first one in the southern hemisphere to convert its production lines to Hydro carbon refrigerants (R600a and R290). Being the pioneers resulted in us having to train technicians throughout Southern Africa on the new gases. It also meant us having to ensure our products conformed to international safety standards.
Our Prices Are The Best
Our bottle coolers are manufactured in high volume continuous production using in house components matched with the latest technology designs. (See, there is a reason why we have one fan motor instead of two) Due to the efficiency of hydrocarbon gases, the components used in the refrigeration system are smaller. These factors result in us being able to offer lower prices to our customers.

We’re proud of our products and of the people who make them. Our products are manufactured under the FridgeStar brand using environmentally friendly components. Our factory is a primary contributor towards meeting sustainable development goals for the benefit of the region. Our products are manufactured in Eswatini in a factory run by people we know and trust.
Quality Products
Our average failure rate across our range is less than 2% (on chest freezers less than 1%) which is way below the industry standard. Our factory is ISO 9001: 2015 certified and continuously strives to improve on its quality.
